Automotive Triumph

I still feel as rough as rats again today, but I had one small victory which lifted my spirits. My car’s been playing up for weeks and weeks now, and I thought I’d fixed it a couple of weeks back, only for it to slip back into its old ways again.  Today though, thanks to my dad and uncle, it is totally fixed and running better than ever. After we tried new plugs, cleaned up the rotor arm and put on a new distribultor cap it was still missing, so the final step was to try a new set of leads. On they went, and lo, working car!

It’s an absolute joy to drive now it’s all fixed, I’d forgotten how much I enjoyed driving it. Just the central locking and drivers-side door handle to worry about now….
